Spinal Flow works best through consistency and frequency, particularly during the early stages of care.

Following your Initial Consultation, a personalised care plan is created based on your nervous system, health goals, and how your body responds to care. This plan is designed to help build momentum, support nervous system regulation, and create lasting improvements.

Initial Consultation (45–60 minutes)

Program Credit

If you commence a 12-Week Care Program within 7 days, you will receive a $40 credit towards your program sessions.

Individual Session

$75 per session

Individual sessions are available; however, Spinal Flow is most effective when care is received consistently. Most clients achieve better results through a structured care plan with recommended session frequency.

12-Week Care Program (Recommended)

Many clients benefit most from a structured 12-week personalised program, where session frequency gradually changes as the body begins to release stored stress and stabilise improvements.

The program supports the nervous system through three progressive phases of care.

Phase 1 — Reset (Weeks 1–2)

4–6 sessions per week
$40 per session

This initial phase focuses on helping the nervous system begin releasing stored stress patterns and restoring flow throughout the spine.

Phase 2 — Stabilise (Weeks 3–6)

2–3 sessions per week
$55 per session

During this phase, the body begins integrating the changes and stabilising improvements in posture, function, and nervous system regulation.

Phase 3 — Maintenance (Weeks 7–12)

1–2 sessions per week
$60 per session

This stage supports the body in maintaining progress and building resilience so the nervous system can hold the changes long-term.

Program pricing reflects the commitment to consistent care over the full 12-week period.

For clients who prefer ongoing care without the structured 12-week program, weekly commitment pricing is available.

2 sessions per week — $65 per session
A supportive pace for steady progress.

3–5 sessions per week — $60 per session
Ideal for building stronger momentum.

6+ sessions per week — $40 per session
Designed for clients requiring intensive support and nervous system regulation.

What is Spinal Flow?

Spinal Flow is a gentle, nervous-system based technique designed to support the body’s natural healing, regulation, and resilience. It aims to reduce stress held in the nervous system and support improved function over time.

Why do you recommend more sessions at the start?

Spinal Flow is most effective when the nervous system receives consistent input—especially in the early stages. Frequent sessions help create momentum and allow the body to begin shifting out of long-held stress patterns.

Most clients benefit from higher frequency initially, then reduce sessions as improvements stabilise.

Do I have to do a program?

No. Individual sessions are available.
However, the best outcomes usually occur with a tailored plan and consistent care, which is why program pricing is available for clients committing to weekly frequency.

What does the Initial Consultation include?

Your Initial Consultation includes:

  • Postural & Gateway assessment

  • Images taken and reviewed

  • Personalised care plan recommendation

  • A 30-minute Spinal Flow session

  • A written report emailed after your appointment

How do I know what frequency I need?

Your recommended frequency is based on your assessment results, your goals, and how your nervous system responds to care. We discuss this during your Initial Consultation and adjust your plan as needed.

Can I reduce my sessions over time?

Yes. Many clients start with a higher frequency and transition to fewer sessions over time as the nervous system stabilises and changes begin to hold longer.

What if I can’t commit to high frequency?

That’s okay. We can tailor a program around what’s realistic for you. Even weekly sessions can be beneficial, and we’ll work with you to find the best plan for your lifestyle and budget.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand life happens. Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 12 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged in full. (See clinic policy for details.)

How do I book?

You can book your Initial Consultation online. After your consult, we’ll recommend a personalised program and help you schedule sessions based on your care plan.

Program Pricing, Commitment & Policies

These terms support fairness, consistency, and program effectiveness. By booking sessions or commencing a program, you agree to the following:

1) Program Pricing Is Based on Weekly Commitment

Discounted program pricing is available only to clients who commit to an agreed weekly frequency as part of a personalised care plan.

Program pricing does not apply to casual or occasional bookings outside the agreed schedule.

2) Program Pricing Tiers

  • 2 sessions per week: $65 per session

  • 3–5 sessions per week: $60 per session

  • 6+ sessions per week: $40 per session (weekly pre-pay required)

Clients not on a program payment method are charged the standard individual session rate.

3) 6+ Sessions per Week Tier — Weekly Pre-Pay Requirement (Important)

The 6+ sessions/week rate ($40/session) is offered only with a weekly pre-pay commitment.

To access this tier:

  • You commit to a minimum of 6 sessions per week

  • You pre-pay weekly for 6 sessions

  • Additional sessions above 6 in the same week are charged at $40/session

If fewer than 6 sessions are attended in a week:

  • The weekly pre-pay still applies, as the rate is based on the committed schedule

  • Missed sessions due to late cancellation/no-show are not credited

4) Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy — 12 Hours

We kindly request at least 12 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules.

  • Late cancellations (less than 12 hours’ notice) may be charged in full

  • Missed appointments (“no-shows”) may be charged in full

  • If you are unwell, please contact us as early as possible

5) Make-Up Sessions

Where sufficient notice is given, we will offer rescheduling subject to availability. Make-up sessions should be completed as soon as possible to maintain program momentum.

6) Session Validity / Expiry

Prepaid sessions and program packs are valid for 16 weeks from purchase date unless otherwise agreed due to medical or exceptional circumstances. Unused sessions may expire after this time.

7) Program Adjustments

Care plan frequency may change based on progress. If your weekly frequency changes, your pricing tier may adjust accordingly. We will discuss this with you.

8) Refunds

No refunds are provided for change-of-mind. Unused prepaid sessions may be transferable only under specific circumstances and at management discretion.

9) Workshops & Special Events

Workshops, immersion days and special events operate under separate cancellation policies due to venue hire and limited capacity.

Event-specific booking and cancellation terms are outlined on the individual event page and apply in place of the standard 12-hour clinic policy.
